A portion of proceeds from this event will go to nonprofit organization Yoga to Cope, which aims to provide completely free, online, yoga-based resources for people coping through trauma, pretrauma, grief, depression, and the like.
This event will focus in on two huge topics in the world today: depression and anxiety. Often thought of as opposites, yet both experienced by many. This workshop will provide you with easy-to-access tools to manage your experiences with depression and anxiety come knocking.
